When you complete the process to join us, our membership committee will review your application, ensure that you are placed in the correct membership category, and are connected with us. Once you are approved, our staff will assist you with online access and send you a membership certificate to display in your program. Benefits of Being a Member of LCA Training Opportunities Legislative Updates LCA membership dues are calculated based on the TOTAL licensed capacity per K8# (licensed program). Please note that we are asking for your total LICENSED capacity, not your total enrollment.
Memberships expire each year on December 31st. Contributions or gifts to LCA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. LCA estimates that the non-deductible portion of your current dues allocable to lobbying is 50%. LCA reserves the right to adjust membership dues annually. |
