The Licensed Child Care Association  (LCA) is a national organization representing licensed child care centers throughout the state of Oklahoma and nationally.  LCA works to educate elected officials and policy makers on the important role that licensed child care businesses plays in economic development , as well as providing quality early learning opportunities for our youngest citizens and their families.

Oklahoma is seeing a drop in the numbers of operating licensed programs each year that is very concerning for our industry. Each new legislative session brings new proposed legislation that will impact our industry and individual programs. It is important that members stay current on this legislation and take action quickly.  Together we are making a difference.
